I'm looking for the Allianz Arena by Ks_JPN (The download link doesn't seem to work), David Luart buildings, the Singer Building and the Mitawa Building (on a Japanese website).

Some of David's buildings (dmscopio) are here on the STEX - uploaded thanks to Towerdude.  Others can be found on the LEX - just do a search for dmscopio.

Does anybody know of other Road T21 sidewalk mods that add decorations on roads and avenues much like how Jeronij's Street side mod adds them to streets?

 

I used to use Neko Punch's Japan side walk mod along with Magneto's RHD version addon for it, but I got fed up with the mod's use of LRM (which BTW is a major Dependency for it). I couldn't stand Neko Punch's mod's use of blue lights for Street lamps & orange for the road lamps as those inexplicably give me migraines when I view my cities' night sky.

 

So I switched back to Jeronij's mod because it is compatible with USL & I prefer USL's ability to specify one specific color for lamps (of which White is my preferred choice).

 

But I do miss Neko Punch's effects to roads, one way roads and avenues as well, which is why I am now looking for one for roads.

There's the SFBT Street Tree Mod. As the name says, it changes streets, which means you cannot use Jeronij's with it, but it also changes roads etc. It doesn't change the sidewalks, you can use other mods for that. It allows for some customization of trees, but is not seasonal like Nekopanchi's.

Well, if you were to download the NAM, you could add ped malls to the game. There is one variation of it just like that, but with a light pole in the middle.

Adding to what Borg was saying, you could cycle through different textures with Ped Malls. If you wanted to, you could have white textures to match the default sidewalks, sandstone brick textures for Pegasus's OWW2 Sets (several of his lots have that texture). IIRC, there are five textures to choose from and you could even have them go under bridges or allow FLUPs (FLexible Underground Passages, also included int the NAM) to go through them.

I don't think the water mod is the Brigantine. Is it possibly one of dogfight's mods? There are three packs available at SC4D. (The website is acting up, otherwise I'd link.)

Well, now i found the boats, thank you very much, and the water mod from that HONG KONG picture is from the Gobias water mods that can be downloaded from the LEX, it's the "Chicago River" water texture from the Gobias HD Water Pack 3 (v1.0) exactly. IMPORTANT NOTE: if you want to install this water mods, you maybe need to put your graphics in hardware mod, or maybe you water texture will look like shi**#, and for better implementation, you can install LK terrain mod or the terrain mods from Gobias, because his terrain mods are designed for that water textures mods and they are HD to.

Yeah, that's not gonna help 'cause the download link for the Allianz arena is broken for some unknown reason for what? nearly a year?

Maybe some other member here know how to get it or would be so nice to share their Allianz arena, because i too want it.

This is not a request for a particular building, but for a particular style of commercial building. It has a VERY large lot size, it is wider than it is taller (or it can be cubic looking in appearance) and it can be anything from several stories high all the way up to twenty. In terms of dimensions I'm talking about any building whose lot is 6 or more tiles greater in either width, length or both.

 

I've got plenty of shopping malls; so I'm not asking for them (and I've downloaded Bixel's content to).  It's all part of a CBD I'm designing and I would love to have a more gradual transition from skyscrapers to office blocks to small storey structures. I will be grateful for any links, BATters or key search words provided.
