Hello, today I am looking for some mid-rise commercial buildings that can feet in nicely on an American-styled downtown, I can't seem anything to find other than skyscrapers, and the cities I am building right now are not really big for them to be able to build any at all.

I have been looking for a mod that would change the colour of the grass in the game to a more darker green. If there is a mod like this out there?. This is to eliminate the amount of time spent placing green park tiles everywhere. Any help is much appreciated.

There are several mod too out there but i don't know the links...maybe the others can provide you..

No, I meant the small building with yellow advertisement board on it looks like that is directly across the street from Catulus tower.

It looks that is is on Mars but trees grow inside. Does this Terra dome have a function that grows trees automatically inside it?

Does anyone have any recommendations for some really good MMPs? Is there any particular creator who does nothing but them...or is there a list somewhere that I could look through? I have a lot of trees and flowers, but they really aren't suitable for what I need at the moment. I'd like to ideally have some flowering trees and/or bushes...maybe some magnolias, or rose of sharon trees, or crepe myrtles. Stuff like that. Thanks!

You should search simtropolis for "GDV mayor Mode Tropical Tree set" just with out the ( " ). It contains the most beautiful palm trees.He made other ones too. Simfox also made some trees.

It's part of Network Widening Mod called OWR-1....if you have already, then you should install this NWM separately...

I posted that pic. The walls are from NekoPropSet02 and the railing part is from NekoPropSet03 found here: http://hide-inoki.com/bbs/archives/sc4_0837.html

I threw them together in the lot editor. You don't have to use the entire prop packs just NekoSlopeWall03_Model.dat + NekoSlopeWall03_Desc.dat from NekoPropSet02

and

Neko_BlockFence_4m-0x5ad0e817_0x3a1613e3_0x30000.SC4Model + Neko_BlockFence_4m-0x6534284a-0xd83ef7c1-0xbac1e13d.SC4Desc from NekoPropSet03.

Put 'em in your plugins folder and in the Lot Editor the prop names are:

Neko_BlockFence_4m

and

NekoSlopeWall03_Nomal

Then of course you can use any base texture. I used grass in that particular case.
