nah, finally i can release this BAT. This BAT is based on the building located in japan. But i make it wider and has custom roof. This "AppleBOX" is actually a corner lot. But i've noticed that, this BAT also fit not only on the corner. (damn, i cant make a good description for this BAT (^o^))   so, i'm sure your sims could be happy with apple store in your city!!! hakhakhak......   stats: plop/grow LotSize : 2x2 Job : CO$$ 250 Stage : 6 Zone : high/medium comercial plop cost : 10000   more stats in readme   i still dont have night pics, because i have not updated my sc4.
