Hideous

I thought about this, and am still thinking about it because though I've thought about this, I still have more thinking to do as to stop thinking about it would mean not to think.

Regusting.  Looks like someone chewed up a set of Italian designers and spit this out on a wall.

Yick.  I might have to say something nice about the jeep cherokee now.

With the picture of the tail end in the article, it looks to me like their GPU was glitching out and the 3D printer just printed literally what the display was showing.

Oh my, this car has so many edges that you can't even touch it without having you fingers cut. It's like a messy pile of razors and broken glasses!

Are those tailpipes on the "front"?  I'm almost wondering if that isn't the tail and the front just doesn't have red headlights.  It was in an accident on the way over to the display and they didn't have time to fix it so they just repainted it and left it all crumply looking.  That would actually make a whole lot more sense.

Also, I'm not sure about the "front" windshield.  It looks to me like a loosely-formed piece of plexiglass fastened to the frame with maybe 6 or so rivets.

On the other hand, as @Hellken alluded, that cattle catcher looks like it would be well suited for the day after a good lake effect snowstorm.

And I thought the Nissan Juke was hideous..

From the 1st one, already I can see visibility is going to be an issue. The way it's angled (as if it doesn't already have enough horrendous angles everywhere) almost makes it pointless to have such a large window when you can only see so much through it from the driver's seat.

That back end is just awful. The taillights don't make sense; do both the top and.. bottom ones light up simultaneously? They almost look like fakes or just reflectors. And it almost looks like you couldn't see the bottom ones if you were on the road. The spoiler looks like it was just glued on at the last minute.

I am not impressed. Even the Nighthawk's angles are not as extreme as what's sown here. Though I wonder if @__B has seen it yet and what his thoughts on it would be.

Haha! It's funny you should ask, @airman15, because as it happens, I just saw that car earlier today over at Car Throttle.com. Someone posted a picture of it there.

The front end looks like a poor attempt at mixing together the shapes of the Marussia B2 and Lamborghini Veneno, then realise it in Papier Maché, but what really bothered me about that image was the roof of it. If you're going to make it low and flat, at least make it a nice shape. It wasn't until a little bit later that I got a rear quarter panel view of it... Oh boy...

I was disgusted. The complete lack of proportion, the ducktail (whatever the hell is going on with that?), the rear lights, or whatever they are (whatever the hell is going on with those)... I just don't know where to start! I'm willing to go so far as to say this looks even worse than 2013's god awful Youabian Puma, but at least no Volvo C70's were sacrificed for the creation of this freak.

They could have taken a few design cues from Pontiac's Stinger. At least they were trying something new before it got canned. :P

Heh, if that car was pink it would look like one of my sister's old Barbie cars.

After seeing the rest of the car, i guess the original intention of the designers was to make it triangular. Later they may have realized that it wouldn't be compatible with any gas pump system. :thumb:

Those are tail lights? I thought someone was cooking raw beef on the back using the heat of the engines.

That would have to be my best guess in order for this thing to be street legal if that's their goal. They're red and on the back, but that's the only hint they might be. It doesn't look like the type of glass/plastic used in any other car I have seen, hence why I said they almost look like fakes.

I should mention that the back window doesn't look like glass at all either; it almost looks like a plastic wrap..

Well, my comment on this car I had to post in another thread - fitted better there.

May be, but the problem with that building with respect to this "car" (and I use that term loosely) is that the building's angles all conform to the same x-y-z cartesian geometry - I guess you might call it cubist?  On the "car", meanwhile, no two angles are the same - I believe instead of cubist you might call it a cluster***k.
