Government offices, small businesses and such. The problem goes with my application, the Department of Labor and Employment won't give me a job because my parent's income are above average... can't they understand part-time? LOL....

You need to look at other, private sites then, like Workopolis, etc. Maybe try a gig overseas? Other countries are in need of other jobs...

 

I don't understand the ideology of DOLE... More jobs = more taxes = more growth of the Philippines.

Can't speak for the Philippines, but employment for teens is tough in many places in the US since unemployment rates mean adults are taking jobs teens otherwise might have.

 I rarely watch movies anymore but I get any movies that have my favorite actors in them such as Seagal, Cuba Gooding Jr, Eddie Griffin, Al Pacino, Bruce Willis, Peter Greene, Danny Trejo and a few others, If none of my favorite actors are in a movie then more then likely I've never seen it.

 

Of course 24 isn't that far off lol
