I personally wasn't entirely satisfied with the existing Tamriel map here, so I decided to make one myself! Comes in two sizes: 60x44, and 120x84. Both only have large cities.
Made using modified versions of Complete Map of Tamriel Height Data by Lady Nerevar, and All Tamriel Heightmap by Transbot9.
