Normally not, I'm not a big expert on loting either. But having made a few lots for the SENT (bus/metro stations), I know that it is possible to choose the traffic that can pass through a TE lot. For my lots, I have allowed everything as far as possible. There are also examples to the contrary, where you can find lots available for download that block traffic for certain types of vehicles, such as trucks.

These settings can be modified in SC4Tool, as can be seen here:

I'm extremely happy to see @Simmer2 here. His contribution to the existence of the island of Santana is enormous! His models are a benchmark for me.
At the same time, the growing population of Fish City wanted a mayor's house and a house of worship. They got them ..

The Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex package is almost complete. Only one last adjustment is needed to the main building, as it has been significantly reduced in size. I will definitely have to update CAM Core first by adding some elements planned for the Casino expansion, and then it will be available to the public. 

In the meantime, admire the power of BAT4Blender, which will gradually and definitively replace the BAT4MAX & GMAX duo.
