Looking awesome! I think the noise is mostly noticeable on the black part.  The whole building is covered with tiles but it is barely noticeable when using the street view and you really have to get close to see it. You could stay with the black texture you used on the first place and add some variations to the texture, without giving a tile effect for the lateral part, and stay with that ''noisy'' texture for the lobby. Just suggesting, but in any case it's looking great!

    There's literally no dirt or grime on the building, but I'll do some tweaking to make it a little less drab looking.

     

    Expect to see it on the STEX tonight!! :D

    For the sheet metal section of the roof, making very slight variations in darkness between the individual panels would make it look a little more realistic.
