I've uploaded Hook and Ladder Company 8, which is the Ghostbusters HQ.

I've increased the radius and monthly cost, compared to the version originally uploaded to Patreon. The new version is similar to the Maxis large fire station, but it has a smaller lot and only one fire truck.

Also, next Wednesday is Christmas and it's the last Wednesday of 2024. Starting in January, I'll be uploading two BATs to the STEX per month instead of four.

Happy Earth Day!

I've uploaded the Mendenhall Building.

This is the first new upload I've done since sc4pac was given a visual interface and integrated with Simtropolis. Check it out if you haven't already. It will very conveniently manage the installation of plugins, including the correct versions, their dependencies, and any future updates.

@gutterclub has finished and released an old BAT of mine.

I started it all the way back in 2008. I was in architecture school in the computer lab doing final renders for a project. Since it was 2008, the renders took a long time, and were prone to either failing or giving bad results, so I had to babysit them late into the night. While I waited for the renders, I turned on the computer next to it (dual wielding computers!) and started this BAT. In the following months I only opened it a few times. It eventually became one of the few BATs that I've officially abandoned. Now after all of these years it's found its way onto the STEX thanks to gutterclub.

 

The Patreon schedule has changed from two BATs per month to one BAT per month, released on the 15th of every month. This change has allowed me to do more substantial BATs, and be more consistent. May is the 5 year anniversary of the Patreon and I'll be doing a special BAT for it.
