Oh, I forgot to say, that's Gwails subway train, it's Photoshop from one of his post in his thread, the elevated rail is Buddybuds from sc4devotion it's also Photoshoped, the only thin not Photoshop is the road it's props and the buildings.

Aaron, I know I for one would welcome such a mod, it is something I have been looking for for quite a while. It would really step up the game in denser urban areas. Perhaps it will become reality one day.

I think except for the elevated rail is all possible with T21-modding. I think you only need to replace a few exemplars and add a few for the variation, but it's totally feasable I think.

Maybe someday I'll try to make the ELR-in-AVE-4. Someday...

Well I might have something to say, although it would be best if each author spoke for his project. As far as I remember, Gwail said something about having trouble with that automata. But I know he has a busy reallife obligations, so we'll have to wait and see how that thing develops if it does.

As for buddybud, I tested that El Rail for him and I know he was something like finishing it up, but again, his RL must have taken over. But my impression is that this is a very dear project to him and it will not be left aside to dye. He'll come back to it I'm sure at some point

Thank you guys for stopping by it would be cool to get a group of guys to help make this a reality.

It would be cool to have a set of draggable roads, one thing about adding the parked cars, there will be cars driving on those far side lanes and you may end up seeing cars driving through other cars.

Walesbridge

Here's a small update on one of the Walesbridge apartments, in the day render you see that the store is open and when night hits. Places like cleaners will be 24 hours so you will not see a metal sliding door on it at night.

Right now i'm exporting the non-corner version of the building, I have a lot of exporting to do.

Maybe just make roof little less bright and "refresh" that facade by adding a bit of red in saturation?

30 E. 81 Street

Here's a new bat for this month, 30 E. 81 Street is a small building and has some height. I hope I can be finished soon with all the exporting I been doing.

Wow, great one! Is that a 1x2? If so, this should be interesting in the testing stage because it may interfere too strongly with 2x2/3x2/4x2 buildings, splitting up the lots. However, it should be a great asset to cap mid-rise W2W - and it could even look good as a "suburban skyscraper" when used in more low-rise W2W environments. Are you planning to include a mirrored version of this one, like you did with previous BATs?

I am liking this one, it has a 'cuteness' quality :ducky: ... this also lends to be a commercial lease space offices concern [as I see Pam's music/piano lessons, Village dentist, Tom's insurance, Blenker & Blankar and Blink law firm... Bob's Couch Talk {aka Bob Newhart}, Ted's Barbershop... etc] as much as residential... this will be a good fun neighbor hood corner building...

201 E. 19 Street

Here's a new apartments building I want to start, the lot size for it should be 3x3. Starting should not take long sense it is a Modernism style and it does not have a bunch of terraces. Mybe I can post an update soon on the building if I do not get lazy.
