41 Park Avenue Update 1.1

I have updated the 41 Park Avenue lots, I thought I was using what T Wrecks modded but I did not, I end up getting them mixed up. I also added the NYBT Essentials Query to the files, I have to always use the NYBT Essentials for any NYBT Bats, and the reason, Gwail and I took the time to mod it together and it was some of the hardest modding I have done at the time to me. I will not let my work go to waste.

If you download the update all you have to do is make sure you install it like you did before if you use the default path then it will over right it automatically and download the dependencies that goes with it now. You can still use the old lots, but if not just delete them and carry on.

Here’s the 41 Park Avenue, these apartments are Wall to Wall (W2W) buildings. This is apartment building set is New York City style. The architecture style for this building is a modernism style completed in 1950. There are four bat models and have different brick colors.You will have white bricks, brown bricks, red bricks and tan bricks. Each model has two wealth types R$$ and R$$$. 41 Park Avenue is a classy place for your Sims to live. Enjoy the upload!!

Please Download Maxis Nite or Dark nite, if you download both please install the nite verion you use for your cities at night. If you install both and using the default path settings that's appled in the installer the installed model file will replace the model file that's in the plugins folder.

605 Park Avenue

Here's version 4 of the 605 Park Avenue, I have day and night renders, I think I will fix up the bricks a tiny bit, buy I think it's ready for export. I will change the color of the umbrellas sense that color is for version 1 of 605 park Avenue.

Here's the other versions of the building.

To me I am finished, I will check back over the model and if everything is okay I will start exporting the first model, once I have the day render export I will start making the desc files and lot files to send to T Wrecks to mod it.

605 Park Avenue

I'm going to export it again, I had a small problem you guys can't see, the building is off the lot by default if was to place building on the lot. One thing I do not like to do is move the building in the Lot Editor, when it's exported right you do not have to move it all you have to do to the lot is add props. I thought it was lined up right.

200 East 15th Street/ 135 3rd Avenue

This is a new bat for you guys, I hope you like it, it's the same architecture style as 605 Park , 41 Park and Johnson Apartments. The buildings address is 200 East 15th Street, and the other address is also know as 135 3rd Avenue, I like 135 3rd Avenue address better because one the building is facing the 3 Avenue, but the entrance to the apartments is facing 15 Street. So I may Nam is NYBT 135 3rd Avenue.
