"Is it not cruel to let our city die by degrees, stripped of all her proud monuments, until there will be nothing left of all her history and beauty to inspire our children? If they are not inspired by the past of our city, where will they find the strength to fight for her future? Okay I have the textures on the building, I just need to ass texture on one small object, but it's hard to see it so do not worry about it. I hope you guys like the roof texture, my favorite one right now is all of them. The white version of this building will need a roof color like this so it will not be so bright, the brown fire escape are looking great on the red and white variation models. I can't wait to see the comments. :D

JPSchriefer: Very well done, Aaron! I can't wait to to see it on STEx *-*

    Ditto :D

The Barton Paul Building and its variations are really great. The red terracota frame that goes all around the rooftop gives a really nice contrast to the brighter color variations.

As for the roof texture for the white building...are you thinking of a more bright grey than black?

The brown fire escapes are a really nice touch,i mean they are always black so a little bit of variation is always good.

As for your new Ideas,Link One would be great.I mean with all those details and little things, was it meant to be a residential building or a piece of art?

As for Link Two: Oh you mean those neat little two story townhouses next that large residential block :P

Naaa,i know that you are talking about that large block.Well, looks good to me,i had to smile because of the adress number above the entrance (is it the adress or the year this building was constructed :D).The Cornice Detail looks great and i love that they used some sort of shiny pieces of metal or whatever to give the facade a fancy look.

Did you notice that weird unusual shape which would make it two tiles wide and three tiles deep?

I think the dark roof is great for the white building, I will make it different from the first variation.

The building is a piece of art, and it makes me want to bat it so bad. :)

The building was completed in 1937. I also love the cornice details are nice and I do like the shape of the building, and your right about the lot size it looks like a 2x3 something new to me. It may not fit well with the grid. A building like that will need to be a in special place for the lot size. :)

Oh man, this borough is fully packed with nice buildings.Your choices are great, everything from large massive brick blocks to small detached houses.

Those three double detached houses you encircled are great.Luckily you didn`t choose also the fourth double house.

Whoever planned on expanding the house with an additional floor that blends in so badly needs to be punished.

I mean it looks like someone grabbed a house with a gabled roof and dropped it on the small red brick building.

Your right someone needs to be punished for doing that. :)

    Barton Paul

Here's an up date on the Baton Paul, I have added the AC units in the windows and added the texture to the second variation.

    Wow,they are looking great.

It`s god to see that every building has it`s own roof texture.I would say:Slap it on a growable lot and upload it.These guys are definately ready.

Yup, perfect they are. And I guess you have modeled them such that they will fully cover a 2x2 lot, eh?
