Here's another update, the building has a little textures but need the rest of its details. In the Second image the building has its twin removed so you can see in the alley way or the gap between the two buildings.

Here's an update to the building, I have the roof texture. Once you have added the roof texture the building starts to look better. I still have more to work on the building, I think it's like eight to ten things to do.

With the degree of modding details, SC4 would be awesome if it can have more angles of view like SC13. However, the focus of SC13 has shifted to fun and playability instead of the details of city creation.

Your roof texture is particularly beautiful and real. Have you foreseen other coloration variations for the bricks ?

SimCoug- Hopefull I will make a split version, but it's still not in my plans.

It seems to be finishing up with a finish worthy of Aaron! (See what I did there?) 

 

I'd have to say that the facade texture for the building in the bottom left looks a bit too clean. Almost like Plastic. I don't rwally mind it, but I thought you should know.
