I love these apartment buildings you're doing. I can just imagine them growing im multitudes next to each other making pleasant apartment complexes. Can't wait for the release. :)

The details on this one - the lounge chairs, the balcony details, etc. - give this a great life. Looking forward to the final result. :)

    Small progress on the Grand Kamelia textures. I'm already beginning to have memory problems with MentalRay, not good for the future. :(

    Have tried to do trees recently. Just for the fun at the moment but if you like I can expand the project.

    Looks great, I think the trees look great, to me I think they could be a little darker, I think the mission fro trees is to make them match with SimFox and Girafe trees. :D

    Costa Obzor 45 degree is ready. I've put some small changes in the textures for this version.

    Trees look great but I think it could be better if you make them less yellow? Costa Obzor also looks really nice, it's always great to see that someone is making 45 degree building :)

    Droolworthy as usual! :) I only wonder whether most windows aren't lit a bit too brightly. After all, it's a residential building, and I guess most Sims want to have a nice and cozy living room, not a supernova going on in their apartment. ;)

    It's fair to say I am love with these..whoever is doing the lots, yould it be possible for an urban version as well as a more 'housing estate' version..
