Just about the only multilevel buildings in the town. I think it would be a nice place to live...looking out over the fields...

Another teeny town. There are lots of them in Lantern Bluffs. This one is called Ipswich and had a population of 428 at the 2008 census. It probably hasn't changed much since.

GROYER - a mini CJ

ok here's a small post about a small community I built

Groyer is a small community located between Hixon Courthouse and Sandallwood.

Groyer's main industry is Food Research labs inc, an agriculture company specializing in Crossbreading and Hydroponics who teamed up with a local farmer. Although most locals are suspicious of FRI, they seem to do well and treat the local farmers right, and most importantly comply with the strict anti-GMO laws in Siskoyu.

Neighboring businesses include Furniture Specialties Inc a company which makes formica tops for furniture and Farley Chemical Storage.

"Downtown" Groyer a Subway, a Gas Station, and two small shops.

the residencies of Groyer, and the police station and a local restaurant.

the other large business is "Big Boy's Toy Storage" an RV storage lot. Also next door is Habib's a fast food kebab place.

Welcome to the town of Windsor!

Here's the village of South Windsor, with the parking lot for the railroad station:

 

Maple Ave runs north out of South Windsor and eventually ends up in Windsor center, but not before passing some picturesque New England colonial houses and pastures.

 

Windsor Center is typical of a New England suburb, featuring a town common, church, town hall, fire station, and plenty of antique houses.

 

Just outside of South Windsor sits an old pencil factory. These days, the building is occupied by a baking company. In the background, the regional railroad runs along Miller's Brook.

@BugeyedDragon: Great look overall, I only think the wind turbines could be spaced somewhat further apart. The way they are positioned now they'd probably interfere with each other, but that's of course pretty much nitpicking when we talk about a game.
