GeometryMath Algebra    The Philippines have not established relations with Schulmania, but the BFA has a consulate there to represent feline interests. For the record, the Philippines holds a place of honor amongst terrestrial nations in Schulmania as my grandfather was stationed there in the era right before independence in the army air corps and he held the land and people there in the highest of esteems.

New Arlenes: Naming Rights

To help this new port quickly become successful, Chancellor Mooky has given special dispensation for some unusual arrangements for New Arlenes. First, since the port needs to be commercially viable to aid in trade and building the coastal economy, the Chancellor has declared the city to be a Free Trade Zone. This allows foreign non-feline businesses to operate here as they would in their home countries. A designated zone for the foreign businesses has been set aside along the waterfront.

To increase the city’s vitality and integrate it into Schulminion society (as it is quite far from our other cities at the moment) the Mookimian government has authorized the construction of a first of its kind facility in Schulmania – a convention center complex. Mayor De Purrton hopes that it will bring in plenty of business – both domestic and international – to jump start the economy.
 


Let’s check out the fabulous waterfront convention center complex, owned and operated by the New Arlenes Convention & Visitors Bureau.  Naming rights have been sold. So, let’s see who won and other exciting things about New Arlenes!

Tuesday 29 October 2013: News Brief #2


A large contingent of injured soldiers arrived at Checkpoint 6 at The Wirdleplex border late last night. They report a Queensferry offensive has been launched in the central Devonian Mountains, ostensibly to celebrate their "anniversary" on Simtropolis.


At Wirdleplex Naval Base, Admiral Hestorb received the news with alarm. She has an extensive naval campaign ready to execute off the Devonshire coast and this development could very well upend the operation before it gets underway.

More data is needed to determine what the enemy is up to... Tactical response Teams will be dispatched to report back.

East Tenne: Open Spaces

The third district of the national capital, the Holy Quarter, is best known for its high concentration of large religious structures. But there is more to the area than just that; it also houses some of the largest open spaces and parklands in the city. Myers Park is the largest urban park in the nation. Seaside Park runs along the western shore of the island from the edge of the district to the Cathedral Woods area. Cathedral Woods is a large undeveloped space occupying the northern tip of the island.
