it doesnt act like water, with deep parts or waves, its just a blue texture. the only thing modify to the hydro plant is the water/land restraints. just use the lot editor and delete them, then you can place the hydro plant on land.

thank you for doing this. surface water might be the most glaring omission from sc4, although i never understood why a post office was left out.

can we build beaches? on them?

I've included a blank beach filler so you can create beaches because you can't use the standard beach with it. I'm hoping that people will start building their own custom ones to go along with the set though.

Concidering it's a texture, will trees show up on it?

i've tried adding trees to it, cant do it.. unless you want tress on water.
