Well, the Combat Zone in Boston is a landmark for many generations of sailors.

maybe you could get someone to mod it for you, so that it produces some crime. otherwise a fun lot!

a great idea but there must be some dependencies or something as all i got was the environment but no buildings. all the billboards and such appear, just no structures...
