I would like to request that someone builds a race track. For example you could base it on the park setup but instead of cleaning pollution it creates pollution and traffic noise but makes the low income residents happy, boosts local commerce and high tech industry and brings tourists... It wouldnt have to be based on a real track as i know the constraints of the existing road tiles would mean that only a certain shape track would be viable in any case. As it is merely a race track im guessing that you could easily make it dependancy free or at least kept to a minimum as the only buildings required for it would be the announcers station, the concrete walls, safety cones, sand textures for the kitty litter traps, the occasional shed for marshall booths on the corners, grandstands on the main straight, parking lots and general trees for aesthetics around the borders... for added realism one could create the muticoloured tyre walls, a few car models zooming around the track, new road tiles with the red and white ripple strips on the corners and some grass parking lots... heres a couple of images of some of the custom content that would help make it fantastic... a drag racing strip would be great also, much easier to make, basically 2 440 meter one way lanes with a small set of lights at the beginning ending in a sand pit with a small turnaround taxiway heading back to the pits [usually just a large pad of concrete or turf covered in semi trailers and men working on engines] and again, large car parks at the entrance... EDIT: after searching i found some drag strips. sorry i didnt look hard enough before...

thanks deadwoods, i perused the SC4Devotion site and found the required dependencies, the readmefiles were just a little outdated and pointed me towards stuff pre-mega pack... thanks for a speedy reply though. love your work. though i would still like to know why the service stations and oil fields dont show up on the UI screens even when i have stacks of them in a town... -

G'day all. After many many searches through the entire site i stil cannot find the textures to fix this problem in the Servo sets... ive got the BSC mega pack and all the prop files associated with these lots [finding the deadwood mega pack was a mission as the links provided in the html readme files were dead] and i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. Also even with growable service stations in the towns the UI tells me that there are 0. The same with the ploppable oil fields. Something just seems to be generally haywire and i would love to have these functions working within my region as they are fantastic additions and obviously the rest of you using them have had them functioning properly... My apologies for starting a new topic but this was a last resort... -
Rural setting modd -- adding life to farming communities

hey, i love this mod but im confused as to why my ground layer humidity isn't making any difference to the annual reports, at first i just thought that my cities were just barely too dry but then i started a base farming community in a map with probably more than 50% water tiles and it still gives me a bad rating for it... i am running the newest version of this mod + sim city 4 rush hour with the newest NAM and rural highway mods, the problem exists with or without my other plugins such as industry and rural employment modifiers... any ideas?? here's my last map with the problem... EDIT: also sometimes in a new city with 0% air pollution i get a very bad modifier... -
so is there any idea of what exactly is the problem causing the diagonal street tool and the under-road tool to not work with RHW v12 at the moment? and are there any other known bugs that will affect gameplay? also is there an ETA on the v17?
