That fixed my problem, I was not using 'folder names'.

I still cannot get the tutorial to display correctly. Thinking that the file may have gotten corrupted during download I have redownloaded and unzipped it a number of times. It still does not work. If anyone has a copy of the tutorial on their system that they can view correctly please PM me.
