Interesting idea! Are you familiar with road top transit mods? It might be possible to use that idea, where a bus stop is placed on top of a road instead of in a 1x1 lot. You might be able to do that with your takeaways...give them 2 cs$$ jobs, and maybe even make them random...the cart that is...

I'm not sure what you're on about cerulean...Takeaways are fast food shops, not transit stations...normally either pizza/kebab shops, indian/tandoori food or chinese....AHH, that's the word I was trying to think of.... "carryouts" :P
