Very nice work, SimGoob, although I will wait for the lighting on the sign to be added. It's good to see an angled building, it will certainly add some variety in many streetscapes.

In my opinion, your work is the best on the STEX. It's too bad you don't get paid to do these buildings and props, I think you should. Thanks again for all of your contributions. Of course it's another 10!

Not to say that anyone elses work isn't great, I do appreciate all of the contributions made here, whether I use them or not. I'm just a big fan of the branded stores since they add such realism.

Jones Soda is my drink. But this is a nice building.

It's nice seeing a building on here that I see every day on the way to class. It does light up at night as previously mentioned. The rest of the building is relatively dark at night.
