Helpful Simolean Tree 1.01

I like the one that gives like 10,000,000,000,000 a month. :P Makes creating whatever you want so very possible. ^^ This one seems a bit more for the not so super cheating thing... stuff... whatever... Im going to bed...

Maybe it could be further modded to not add anything to the budget at all? I love the look of the lot as it is and would like to add it to my parks. As for the money, I will most likely use this one since I already use the 10k version quite a bit.

Didn't think of THAT one. LOL! I like this one better as it beautifies your city as well as giving you money. I usually place it near the mayor's house or some equally noticable place.

This is a perfect toy to add to my city. Great work! :)

This lot has been given an almost completely new appearance. The only item left from the original is the simolean symbol. However, credit still goes to ALTX for the original lots and work behind them.

looks great, cant wait to use it in my city. It always seems that my economy never dips below a grand short, so this should do nicely. great job (btw this is probably going to b my first download for sc4 :D)

I will probably use this when I have 20k plus population.

Really good for those specialty cities that need the money but won't tolerate a waste plant. I have issues anyway with SC4 being so socialist, anyway. :P A free market economy would probably be able to accomodate better without going in the red all the time.

Very nice dude, i like this much more then the 10k one, but... why can't i see the tree & the bushes? all i see i is the $? and the pots around it... hmmm

@auroturtle -- You need to download the prop packs mentioned in the description. @uday.jain91 -- Yes, each "park" adds 1,000 simoleons to the coffers. So, 3 parks = 3,000 Simoleons. Thanks to everyone who downloaded and left a comment. Thanks also, to everyone who just downloaded.
