This is a modded version of ALTX's Heavenly Simolean Trees.
It provides )1,000 per month to the city's budget.
I needed to use this in several of my cities, but did not need the )10,000 version. With this one I am better able to balance the budget without gaining several thousands per month.
Thank you ALTX for providing this lot in the first place. And thanks to iLive for his reader with which I was able to modd the lot. I also thank the modd squad for providing us with all those tutorials, tips, and insights into modding SC4.
Enjoy a more balanced city budget.

I have updated the lot with new prop and textures, so that it will not get mixed up while you play.
