I need your feedback on something. I use a 3m-sidewalk distance. This looks great but leaves little room for props or e.g. a metro-staion entrance (which you see a lot in paris)...

.. the alternative is a 9m sidewalk distance. What do you think. Moreover. In paris there are often cars parked next to the sidewalk. I could include parked car props (have done so in some earlier buildings). What do you think?

great even more varoety! im not really so bothered about the landmark thing since my whole city is plopped anyway, i say keep the sidewalk distance at 3m so that all your new buildings fit in with the older ones

I love all your buildings and have made them Rci Ploppable for my game. They Work Great and Look beautiful. . Keep em coming. I also like the side walk distance, The Buildings are beautiful as they are and don't really require more props

i say leave it the way it is. maybe try a 9m but as for now these are awesome... 9m may throw off the effect that all these buildings give when placed next to eachother

If I had to choose between JENX lots and a maxis expansion, I'd stay with JENX! Congratulations again!

Again, terrific!! In reality, sidewalks tend to be fairly narrow, anyway. And, cars are often parked half in the road and the walkway. Deeper walks would be useful for boulevard-type areas, though.

I tend to agree with Irfox. If you choose to set them back for more props in front, the 9m offset won't line up right with all these other great lots.

Thanks for all advice guys... Some additional info; I'll porbably eventually do what is suggested in the w2w thread; use 3m for $$ and 9m for $$$ buildings.

This is very nice.... This type of buildings, which is more a 20th century than a 19th century building, is never found on boulevards (too recent), so a 3m version is enough.
