ICA is a Swedish supermarket chain. This ploppable 3x2 lot would probably fit well next to a road or street. The store has a loading area in the back, which is accessed through the parking area. Sims are also able to park their bikes in the front. It offers 41 C$ jobs.
The attached screenshots show my custom pavement (created through @rsc204's MTRDK) and grass (Lowkee's Appalachian terrain mod). As far as I know the used texture ID's are standard, so it should work whether or not you're using particular mods. Let me know in the comments if you run into any trouble! Also feel free to let know if you end up using this in your cities. I'd love to see some screenshots!

This may seem like quite a list, but most are well-used by the community and will probably be in your plugins folder already. I tend to reuse the same textures and props, so if you like my lots it might be worth getting the files
