These growable offices come in two variations: 1x1 and 2x2. Both are designed to fit in W2W environments.
Uppsala Offices employ 12 CO$$ sims.
The attached screenshots show my custom pavement (created through @rsc204's MTRDK) and grass (Lowkee's Appalachian terrain mod). As far as I know the used texture ID's are standard, so it should work whether or not you're using particular mods. Let me know in the comments if you run into any trouble! Also feel free to let know if you end up using this in your cities. I'd love to see some screenshots!

- Girafe Maxis Fence HD Replacement Mod (Replaces certain fences and hedges. This lot will function without this file, but I highly recommend using it to get the full intended look and feel)
This may seem like quite a list, but most are well-used by the community and will probably be in your plugins folder already. I tend to reuse the same textures and props, so if you like my lots it might be worth getting the files
