A friendly suggestion.....it would be nice if there was large signage on the building to identity what it is.  Some creators do great work with businesses but no signage to identify it and I think it would just make the building "pop".   

While I a bit dislike of a lil too much of deps, at least you did them really well. And this is a C$ lot that I want: large, non dirty, and looks like C$$. I will grow this in my city.

Already plopped! Thanks! If you add signage, consider making it optional. I like repurposing buildings- could be a dance studio, a biz converted to lofts, or biz w/top 1-2 stories occupied by owner/renters, all in I-HT zones. No complaints if you offer it as R$-R$$, too
