About This File

This originally started as an experiment with one of my existing buildings. Frankly, I do not know [or care] what architectural style it is. The building comprises roomy suites for 1180 mid-wealth Sims (1770 R$ in adverse times), various recreational facilities, and a scenic park atop for relaxation and an excellent view. Wedgewood makes efficient use of urban space (about 125 m. or 412 ft. high, 3x2 footprint), yet still manages to provide a comfortable high-density residence.

Note that not all nice-looking properties are necessarily high-wealth. The proprietors must spend some $ to maintain the various parks and third-floor restaurant, so they can't be that rich. Besides, aren't Stage 8s hard enough to grow already?

Yay, finally a night shot! (I still can't see night lights in the game, though, even having installed the update. Help?!)

Wow, that is nice. but, like fosterk said, the lighting could use some work. The roof should be lit, and the lights should be brighter, because it is $$, not $.

You sure glass around basketball and tennis courts is a good idea? People probably break windows all the time there..... Nice building, though.

nice building, i'd hope it'd be a special extra-hard glass so a stray tennis ball wouldn't smash it, lol

pretty cool, some actual frames would look better for the windows, and not just a texture, and some nitelites for the roof part would really look nice too. and where's the doors to get into this building?

also, (for next time maybe) it also looks better to take pics from ingame, and not from LE or BAT. it just looks better :). keep up the good work!

Exelent Building! Great detail on the top and middle parts, however the lighting could be a little better on the building in general.
