Hey there guys
JCP - JulioC Productions - presents you another plugin. This time a very generic finnish commercial store, based on this 23 Keskuskatu building located in Pieksämäki, but you can find similar ones in almost every small town throughout Finland. It's modded as a 2x2 corner commercial service building, it grows only in the Euro tileset, and there's a beauty salon, a small market and a thai restaurant in the building - alongside with a vacant place.
Dependencies:
I recon this is not the smallest amount of dependencies you ever saw, but you problably have the majority of theses files, and the ones you dont have, you will need for similar buildings that were made by members of the SimCityPolska BAT team - the same style I'm trying to copy in my plugins
- BSC MEGA Props CP/BSC Common Dependencies Pack
- VIP Girafe Flora Pack
- KOSC SuperSHK Mega Parking Textures
- BNL Essentials
- Polish Mega Props
- MS Motoklos 60s70s Car Props - you just need the MS_Motokloss_60s-70s_CarProps.dat, so if you want you can delete the rest of the files
- LRM Streetlights Props - again, you just need what is inside the LRMv4 Models & Props folder, no need to keep the rest if you dont want this plugin
