Excellent, I hope this just grows in the chicago set and not the modern sets. Although that isn't as bad as people who make modern buildings that grow in the new york and chicago sets!!

@Dettmann1, the space in the back is office space as well, the side wing is there to use the most of the lot space for rentable area.
