This is a "wall to wall" european office building inspired by buildings in Berlin. The neo-baroque style this building is modeled in was one of the popular building styles a hundred years ago. Excellent, I hope this just grows in the chicago set and not the modern sets. Although that isn't as bad as people who make modern buildings that grow in the new york and chicago sets!!

Very nice w2w building. I really like these types of buildings and you have done a good job. The pictures look awesome, haven't tried it in game yet, whats the space in back of the building for?

@Dettmann1, the space in the back is office space as well, the side wing is there to use the most of the lot space for rentable area.

Great job Odd. I love the details, particularly that window section on the front 2 floors above the entrance, and the clock too!
