TCC Grand Hyatt Union Square  1.0.0

The Grand Hyatt Union Square is a full-service hotel located near downtown San Francisco's famous Union Square.  It is one of several Hyatt branded hotels in San Francisco.  It is centrally located and within walking distance of Union Square's many high-end shops and restaurants, San Francisco's Chinatown, Nob Hill, the Powell Street BART station, and the newly opened Union Square Muni subway station.  The real-world version of the building was completed in 1972.  

The version available for download here sits on a 3x3 lot and is available via the Landmarks menu (Plop Cost $110,000).   
To use, simply extract the contents of the attached .zip into your SC4 Plugins directory.
