Been waiting for these. Will be much used. Love the cracked tile. Glad to see you're mixing it up, not just doing one thing over and over.

Good job! Hey, what is the building in the center of the picture? I've been looking for it for ages!

Faneuil Hall, a Maxis landmark.  If you don’t have it, I think there is an expanded landmark download on Simtropolis or SC4 Devotion that would have it.

Huskies I really like these! Good variety of props and great texture for medium and high wealth, I will really like to use these.

My one ask is perhaps next time you render a diag lot, turn the color of your ground texture a bit darker than you think it should look. The export always renders this plane very brightly, which is why my early modeled sidewalks and pavements had a "glow" to them in comparison to the lot, street and sidewalk textures.

Super excited fore more and thanks for the variety. Love to see what you'll come up with!

Cool.  Thanks, I intend to come up with an update at some point.  I’m new to diagonal/FAR lots which is why they’re simple enough but looking to eventually contribute like you do to those of us who “break the grid.”
