About This File

SM2 60 Glendale St

A small early 20th century 4 stories residential tenement. Many north American cities had lots of these residential buildings. We can still see them today, perhaps with a mural on one of the sides.

This is the next model for the downtown project. More of the same type of buildings but with a different color and mural scheme will be available soon.

These look amazing, we need those as W2W buildings where they don´t have the ladder on the side but rather in the back.

@metarvo Thank you. As a matter of fact I'm making a couple of mixed type zoning models. Commercial at the bottom and residential at the top and like you said, it is not possible to have both on one lot in SC4 therefore I will set them as commercial so the you will only see them grown in the commercial district. I will have an example ready soon.
