These facilities are for proper disposal of household hazardous waste materials such as aerosols, batteries, electronics, paint, pesticides, tires, waste fuels and more. Reduces garbage by 10% per 40,000 on the 3x4 lot and 15% per 60,000 residents for the 4x4. Built to last 125 years.

Installing: For SimCity 4 Deluxe and SimCity 4 Rush Hour Only
After downloading, extract the folder and open it. Than open folder inside named "Kloudkicker" and open folder in there labeled "KK Household Waste Facility README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK Household Waste Facility README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugins folders or discard it. Take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing.
Uninstall:
Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugins folder. Then have a nice day!
