Installing: For SimCity 4 Deluxe and SimCity 4 Rush Hour Only
After downloading, extract the folder and open it. Than open folder inside named "Kloudkicker" and open folder in there labeled "KK 10-4 Custom Paints README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK 10-4 Custom Paints README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugins folders or discard it. Take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing.
Uninstall:
Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugin folder. Are we going there, really, why?
