About This File

This was an old hand car wash on Kingsway in Burnaby, just outside Vancouver, built in 1952 that went out of business not long ago.

A 2x4 CS$$ lot with an exotic tropical theme to it, I lotted it to be a corner property and added the sign and fountain props (included in the download). As it is a car wash I gave it a higher water usage and turned down the flammability.

thank you I love the retro look of this and it grew well maybe it could be the beginning of an old Route 66 series of motels and other roadside attractions?
