Installing: For SimCity 4 Deluxe and SimCity 4 Rush Hour Only
After downloading, extract the folder and open it. Than open folder inside named "Kloudkicker" and open folder in there labeled "KK LOL Factory Plaza README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK LOL Factory Plaza README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugins folders or discard it. Take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing.
Uninstall:
Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugin folder. Please do it quickly, like a bandied, because it will hurt me.

This lot was designed by me(Kloudkicker) and has been tested. Much care has been take to ensure that there are no errors, but this does not mean that errors do not exist. How can anyone ensure that when the game is not perfect itself? Use at your own risk.
