The Big Box format Shopping Center has arrived in SimNation! Several key retailers have taken space in this giant dedication to the almighty Simolean. Included are a CompUSA, Sports Authority, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Office Depot, Baby Superstore and a China Buffet! Places to shop and eat!
Included is one 12x6 lot. It is a functional Cs$$ lot, providing 568 jobs. It is a large lot and could have more jobs, but i wanted to be roughly realistic.
This lot is transit enabled for streets. It has three entry points, one on each end and one in the middle of the front. If you build this lot next to any type of roads, these will connect automatically. They can also be connected manually if you plop it away from roads. The front entrance works well if you set this lot back from a main road, and draw a street to it. This gives "outparcels" in front of the lot, for other smaller retailers. When placed proplerly, you will get traffic driving down the front of the shopping center, as this is a street all the way across.
Dependencies :
1) Included files.
2) Texture packs from PEG (under BSC) and Cerulean available on the STEX.
3) Vehicle_Props-v3.dat available at http://gizmo.lunarpages.com , made by Gizmo.
Directions :
Place all files in a unique folder, in your my docs\SimCity\plugins folder. You may also place any desc and model files in the Maxis plugins folder if you wish.
