This is great! We need more apartments like these! 

It looks really nice, I haven't realized first that the garage is a separate prop, but it's a nice little detail like this. Perhaps more different colour variation of the house would be great, but it is totally my obsession of variety, so it's just a request really, if you want to do. Anyhow it seems to be a good start. Thanks for making and sharing it.

One little side note. Could you pack the files into a *.ZIP file, please? If you check other uploads you can see, that those are packed too. It would make the downloader's life easier and less chance forgetting to download one or the other provided files.

I've seen tons of this style apartment downtown Vancouver, nice stuff
