thank you   your condominiums are adding some new colors to the SC4 cityscape

I like these recent buildings, what you've created. They are quite simple, but nice. The only thing what I personally don't like, is the modelled base of the buildings (with the grass and trees). Just the building on the lot with the use of some maxis default base and overlay textures would be better, than this modelled base. 

But it is just my oppinion.
