Street Planters, by Mattb325.
---------------------------------------

A series of differently rotated street planters and benches which will be a dependency for future lots.

There isn't a huge number of larger urban street accessory pieces available, so I made this for my own use and it has actually turned out to be a very nifty filler set to decorate around the many diagonal and FAR-3 overhanging buildings that I (and others) have made. To that end I have also made four very simple lots  - found in the park menu - for everyone to use.

The base texture of the lots will automatically conform to any texture over-ride you may have.

Each of the lots is 1x1. If you enjoy using the lot editor, these can all be added together in many different shapes to create quite complex planter and bench sets similar to the real life versions that see you see in most cities.

All of the lots have unique in-game descriptions and icons to enable you to easily select them from the Park menu.

Placing these plazas provides residential cap relief to the value of 1,000 per lot per R-wealth category and raises commercial and residential desirability in the immediate vicinity.
