KREW - Klyte's Region Exporter as Webpage 1.0.0r3

Hi! 

I love it! Just tried it, and it's working fine. Some additional info however:

- all the city tiles must be saved (at least once) before you use this tool on a region. You don't need to name the city tile or do anything, just enter into a still raw tile quick save and then you can exit to region view. Otherwise the tool will fail.
- @Klyte45, this is awesome, but (and I saw it on your example map as well, what you linked), a horizontal toggle (or a Zoom out option) at the buttom maybe necessary, because I can't see the right side of my map by default. Well, in the meantime I figured it out to shrink the whole webpage, so it revealed the rest of the map. But a built in mechanism, which would only shrink the map or a toggle to move the map horizontally would be a nice addition!

So it looks great! I just need to figure it out, what some of the data means, but it's a really nice work! Thanks for making it!

Just seeing the preveiw here was amazing. Not sure my eletronics could handle my 5 million pop region though
