425 Fifth Avenue

Is a 188-meter skyscraper located at 425 5th Avenue in New York.

The promoter of the building is RFR Davis3 and Michael Graves is the architect in charge of the designs.

It was built between 2001 and 2003 and has 55 floors and 197 homes.4 It is one of the tallest buildings in New York.

The building was crowned in April 2002 and inaugurated in September 2013.

It's my first work since 0. Without any template. I know I can improve a lot, but I was very excited to share it with all of you.
Special thanks to @JP Schriefer & @Goldman Sachs for their advice and help.
I hope to be here again soon with new buildings and better results. Thank you all.

Es un rascacielos de 188 metros ubicado en el 425 de 5th Avenue en Nueva York.

La promotora del edificio es RFR Davis3 y Michael Graves el arquitecto encargado de los diseños.

Fue construido entre 2001 y 2003 y tiene 55 plantas y 197 viviendas.

Es uno de los edificios más altos de Nueva York. El edificio fue coronado en abril de 2002 e inaugurado en septiembre de 2013.

Versión Landmark 3x2

Es mi primer trabajo hecho desde 0. Sin ninguna plantilla. Sé que puedo mejorar mucho, pero me hizo mucha ilusión poder compartirlo con todos ustedes.
Dar las gracias especialmente a @JP Schriefer & @Goldman Sachs por sus consejos y ayudas.
Espero volver a estar por aquí pronto con nuevos edificios y mejores resultados. Gracias a todos.

@tariely You're right. I lacked textures that I did not know how to get them to make the building more real to the wear of the street. But I only had limited tools and unfortunately I can not use 3DMAX to texture perfectly. I will try if I can improve it with the passage of time and experience. Thank you very much for your opinion and I hope you can enjoy it. :)

I like the colours and the shape is generally fine, although the windows could have more relief. And maybe the textures could do with some weathering (or texturing !:-) They look too much like flat colours and not enough like solid material what should have some...graininess (I don't know how to say it differently :-) )

i recently downloaded a bunch of these to my thumd drive and put them into my pc...when i wanted to add it to the plugin file . then selected it from the landmark file , place it i got a box instead of the item ...and all the others i download as will. got the BOX ICON..? can some one help me with this problem?
