About This File

The Central Bank of Venezuela Sub-headquarters Guayana, is an office skyscraper located in Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela. The building is covered by a vegetable mesh and is self-sustaining since it produces 100% of the electrical energy consumed by vertical wind turbines.

NOTE: In real life this building is still under construction and its version in SimCity is only an approximate interpretation based on the drawings and real drawings of the building.
