Thanks for updating this model, the results of which are a huge improvement. Generally speaking, there is nothing particularly wrong here. The roof of the lower section of the building (not the tower), would be improved with a better texture. The main sign on the top is a bit too white, again a texture with a gradient would perhaps have been a nicer choice. But brushing that aside, you've done a great job with the façade and windows, OK a little more randomness wouldn't hurt, but it's totally acceptable as it is. Adding nitelights would be another potential improvement, they don't have to be that tricky, see here:

(Note part 3 covers texturing and night lighting). But you might find some handy hints throughout, I know I did when I was starting out.

Also, once more you've added the NAM as a dependency. But it's not actually needed, this mod is dependency free. :)

Nice, I quite like this. Some constructive criticism would be the sign on top, and the textures, unfortunately BAT renders really brighten the textures, so you may need to darken some for the best results ( i'm talking specifically about the equipment on the roof)

In any case, it's a solid effort, and you're definitely showing promise!*:thumb:

Your models aren't bad at all in fact - but they sure need some re-work, more attention to detail, maybe some more practice to blend well with most of sc4 original content, and custom content. You should start a BAT thread to get some advice before uploading, the community is nice and would give you some attention for sure.
