Locaded somewhere between Miami and Monaco, or maybe Santa Barbara? well, wherever it is, this is a growable R$$$ stage 6 condos!

also included is the Coral Resort, a plopable CS$$$ lot (this lot and the res lot both look the same). i made it CS$$$ for plopable because most of the time Res plopables abandon pretty fast (from my experience anyways).

stats:

Coral Condos 4x3 (grow)

355 R$$$

Coral Resort 4x3 (plop)

171 CS$$$ jobs

Great job, JT and Sparky. Very innovative! It's very difficult to pull off those Florida colors and make them look right in SimCity, but you did it perfectly!

Hey Jt... Don't worry about the criticisms on the nite lights. There's always updates that can be done on the projects later. ;) I still like this and am going to put it in my cities, as are others.

Oh, and this was all Jt's doing. I just did the lettering for the sign... :P He's the master at texturing and lighting! :)

I love the design and shape of this building, its very original. The night lighting could do with improving as they are a little harsh.

THIS LOOTS AWESOME JT! I know there are no buildings like this in portland :D And as far as not lighting the roof, thats obsurd...just because it would look better in game? In real life no one lights a roof...but a nitelite in the pool would be cool, but still a 10!

This has come off well... I agree that lights in/around the pool would have been nice, but not necessary. The main issue that I have is the bright green plants on the building - maybe you could tone down the colour on them to something closer to the palms...

(cont'd) but I like the building overall. I'm going to do something I don't usually do, and that is, track the lot.

thanks for the comments! im glad to see that the growable is working! cammo, i see the green plants are a little more saturated compaired to the palm trees, but then again palm trees aren't the same color as plants in real life too ;)
