VENTURA PLACE TWO

This is my first BAT Design For SimCity 4, it is a Complex of 3 Tower that allows to experiment with facades, materials and lights. 

  • Ventura Place One: Is a Mixed Used Building with Comercial Center, Luxury Hotel with terraces and Residences. CS $$$ With 2700 Jobs. 
  • Ventura Place Two: Is a Hybrid Building With, Comercial Center, Offices and Residences. CO$$$ 2700 Jobs.
  • Ventura Place Three: Is a Hybrid Building With, Comercial Center, Offices and Residences. CO$$$ 2700 Jobs.

This is of your own design? Its great!!

The only consideration, nitpicking not more, is with the upper balconies in conditions of strong wind.

Nevertheless, this is top quality work, and maybe the only way to improve it would be with some diversifying lotting, be it forming a plaza under the towers, or keeping them separate but modding them as residentials or commercial services instead of offices, to reflect their mixed character.
