Hello everyone , 

      Today I bring you my first upload to the STEX . It is a ReLot of an awesome building I downloaded long , long ago . The BSC Ikea Superstore uploaded on the LEX by Gascooker . The footprint is the same (5x5) and all of the stats are the same as well .

      The dependencies are as follows

This looks EXACTLY like the IKEA near me. I appreciate the small parking lot. After a while the city can look like a sea of parking lots instead of a city full of buildings. It's easy to add more parking but you can't take it away *:thumb:
