Only one suggestion: If you make a TE-enabled lot, you should use the NAM values for the capacity and Transit-switch cost, mostly due to the station capacity bug that causes stations to stop functioning past 400% capacity (a potential problem for transit-enabled lots).

I can modify this value myself, but that's what I would recommend for future stations, even if the NAM recommendations seem a bit high--though most of this is in response to the fact that station service doesn't decrease at all with increased capacity until it stops working.

Anyways, my $0.02. Otherwise a lovely lot, perfect for my suburban uses, and a welcome addition to my cities. Thanks again!
